Tempe Oreg Cabe Hijau

Ingredients

Tempe (cubed) 1 block (about 250g)
Garlic 5 cloves
Shallots 7 shallots
Green chilies 7 pieces
Tomato 1 piece
Galangal (smashed) 3 cm
Bay leaves 3 leaves
Sweet soy sauce To taste
Salt To taste
Oil for frying As needed

Instructions
