Abon Tongkol Tempe Recipe

Ingredients

Bahan Jumlah
Tempe 1 papan
Ikan tongkol asin 3 keranjang
Daun salam 2 lembar
Garam Secukupnya
Gula pasir Secukupnya

Bumbu Halus

Bahan Jumlah
Bawang merah 10 siung
Bawang putih 5 siung
Cabe merah keriting 7 buah
Cabe rawit merah 5 buah

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the tempe into small pieces and frying them until they are crispy. Once fried, pound the tempe until it reaches a coarse texture and set it aside.

  2. Next, cut the salted ikan tongkol into smaller pieces and fry them until golden and crispy. Set aside.

  3. In a pan, sauté the ground spices along with the daun salam until they are fragrant and cooked through. Then, add the fried ikan tongkol and tempe to the mixture.

  4. Season the dish with salt and sugar according to your taste, making sure to adjust the flavors to your liking.

  5. This delightful abon is best served hot with a steaming bowl of rice. Enjoy! 😉
