Baked Tuna Cheese Egg (Microwave) DEBM

Ingredients

Hard-boiled egg, chopped roughly 1
Canned tuna 1 tablespoon
Grated cheese 2 tablespoons
Raw egg, beaten 1
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese (optional) for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled egg, canned tuna, grated cheese, beaten raw egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Grease a microwave-safe bowl with a little oil, then pour the mixture into the bowl, spreading it evenly.
  3. Microwave on high for approximately 3 minutes, adjusting the time based on your microwave’s wattage, until the mixture is fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, carefully remove from the microwave and transfer to a plate. If desired, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top while still hot, allowing it to melt slightly.
