Instructions:

  1. Fry the Raw Bananas:
    Begin by heating oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai. Once the oil is hot, wash the raw bananas, peel them, and grate them directly into the hot oil. Fry the banana shreds in small batches to prevent overcrowding. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy. Once done, remove them from the oil and place them on a kitchen paper towel to absorb excess oil. Set aside.

  2. Fry the Peanuts and Nuts:
    In the same kadhai, add peanuts, cashews, and almonds. Fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. Once done, remove them from the oil and set them aside.

  3. Fry the Green Chilies and Curry Leaves:
    In the same oil, add finely chopped green chilies and curry leaves. Fry them until they become crispy. Remove and set them aside.

  4. Fry the Raisins:
    Add the raisins to the hot oil and fry them until they puff up. Once fried, remove them from the oil and set them aside.

  5. Mix the Ingredients:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fried ingredients: the grated raw banana, peanuts, nuts, green chilies, curry leaves, and raisins.

  6. Season the Chivda:
    Now, add salt, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, and castor sugar to the mixture. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated with the spices.

  7. Cool and Serve:
