- Once the pan is heated, add sesame seeds, white urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds, dry coconut, and dry red chilies.
- Roast the mixture well for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become fragrant and slightly golden.
- Set aside to cool completely, and then grind the roasted ingredients into a coarse powder using a mixer or spice grinder.
