Pickled Jalapenos, sliced 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pizza Dough

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add the olive oil and mix well. Gradually pour lukewarm water while kneading to form a soft and slightly sticky dough.

Step 3: Assemble the Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 220-240Β°C (428-464Β°F).
  2. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and knead it briefly. Divide the dough into portions.
  3. Lightly dust a clean countertop with flour. Place one portion of dough on the surface and gently shape it into a circle using your fingers (avoid using a rolling pin for best texture).
  4. Transfer the shaped dough onto a lightly floured pizza pan.

Step 4: Add Toppings

  1. Spread an even layer of homemade pizza and pasta sauce over the base.
