Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Masala for the Pav:
    Begin by heating butter in a skillet or a pav bhaji tawa. Once the butter melts, add the finely chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.

  2. Add the finely chopped onion, tomato, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Continue to sauté until the vegetables soften, and the tomatoes turn mushy.
