Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruits:
Start by chopping the fresh fruits—kiwi, green grapes, and strawberries—and set them aside.

  2. Assemble the Popsicles:
Carefully drop the fruit pieces into the popsicle molds. Divide them evenly between the molds to ensure each popsicle is packed with fresh fruit.

  3. Add Mint:
For a burst of refreshing flavor, place one or two mint leaves into each mold, allowing the mint to infuse the juice.

  4. Pour the Mango Juice:
Gently pour the mango juice into the molds, filling them until they are almost full. If you’re using mango pulp, dilute it with water or sugar as per your preference.

  5. Insert the Sticks:
If you’re using plastic sticks that come with the mold, place them directly into the juice. If you’re using wooden popsicle sticks, place the molds in the freezer for 30 to 40 minutes to allow the juice to firm up slightly. After this time, carefully insert the sticks into the molds.

  6. Freeze:
Return the molds to the freezer and allow them to freeze completely, which will take approximately 8 hours to overnight. Patience is key for the perfect popsicle!

  7. Unmold and Serve:
Once the popsicles have fully set, remove the molds from the freezer. Hold the molds under running warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.

  8. Enjoy:
Your juicy, colorful Mango & Mixed Fruit Popsicles are now ready to be enjoyed! Serve them as a refreshing after-school snack, or as a sweet and fruity dessert following a light dinner.
