Ingredients:
- 5 Whole Eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 Onions, finely chopped
- 8 Cherry tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
- 2 Pickled Jalapenos, deseeded and finely cubed
- 1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns, freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Salt (adjustable to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a wide pan over medium heat.
