Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Instructions:
-
Cook the Pasta:
Boil water in a saucepan, add salt, and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for 12-15 minutes or until tender. Drain the pasta, rinse it under cold water, and set aside. Add a bit of oil to prevent sticking. -
Make the Paste:
In a pan, heat the garlic and oregano spread. Add dried red chillies and cook for about 10 seconds. Add the chopped onions and garlic, cooking until the onions turn golden brown. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool. Once cooled, blend the mixture into a smooth paste and set aside. -
Cook the Chicken:
Heat more garlic and oregano spread in the same pan. Add the chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes until they are fully cooked. -
Prepare the Sauce:
Add the tomato puree to the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes until it starts to boil. Stir in the onion paste, pickle mayo, and milk. Cook for 4-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. -
Combine the Pasta:
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir well to coat the pasta in the sauce. Let it cook for another 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through. -
Serve:
Turn off the heat and serve your Achari Chicken Masala Pasta hot. Pair it with garlic bread and a salad of your choice for a complete meal.
Enjoy this delicious and unique fusion dish for dinner!
