- 250 grams Falsa (or Phalsa)
- 2 tablespoons Sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder (Jeera)

- 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves (Pudina), chopped
- Lemon wedges, for garnish

- Start by washing the Falsa fruit thoroughly. Mash it using a spatula until the pulp is separated from the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed Falsa, black salt, roasted cumin powder, sugar, and a little water. Grind the mixture in a blender until smooth.
- Once the mixture is blended, strain it through a sieve into a large bowl to extract the juice.
- Add water to the juice according to your preferred consistency.
- Serve the Falsa juice in glasses, adding ice cubes and garnishing with chopped mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
