- 4 tablespoons Gulkand
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 4 cups cold Milk
- 1/4 cup Mixed nuts (roughly pounded almonds and pistachios)
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes

- Begin by washing and preparing all the ingredients.
- In a mixer grinder, blend the betel leaves with a little water until you get a smooth paste. Transfer the paste to a large bowl.
- Add cold milk, gulkand, honey, the pounded almonds and pistachios, and ice cubes to the bowl.
- Whisk everything gently until the gulkand and honey are well dissolved into the drink.
