Middle Eastern Falafel & Hummus Wrap Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tortillas
  • 2 cups Homemade Hummus (refer to recipe)
  • 12 Falafel (refer to recipe)
  • 2 Tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Iceberg lettuce, a bunch
  • Tabasco Original Hot Sauce, for seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for the dressing

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Instructions:

  4. Toss the tomatoes and red onions in salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Lay the tortilla flat on a surface. Add a layer of lettuce leaves.
  6. Spread a generous amount of hummus in the center of the tortilla.
  7. Place the hot falafel on top of the hummus.
  8. Add the seasoned tomatoes and onions. Drizzle with Tabasco sauce.
  9. Fold the tortilla to form a wrap, and serve immediately.
