Instructions:
-
Prepare the Chicken Patty:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, finely chopped onions, mint leaves, grated ginger, minced garlic, paprika, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, harissa paste, and lemon juice.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a 1-inch thick patty. Set aside.
-
Cook the Chicken Patty:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Lightly brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken patties on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side, until the patties are cooked through and browned on both sides. Remove from the grill.
-
Prepare the Carrot Slaw:
- Cut the carrots into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the carrot strips with lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.

Assemble the Burger:
- Lightly grill the pita breads. Slice each pita bread from one end, leaving the other end intact, to create a pocket.
