Ingredients:
- 1 liter Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
- 10 Saffron strands
- 2 tablespoons Cashew nuts (powdered)
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Saffron strands (for garnishing)
- Dried rose petals (for garnishing)
- Dry fruits (silvered, for garnishing)

Instructions:
- Begin by heating the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add saffron strands, cardamom powder, and powdered cashew nuts into the milk.
- Once the milk comes to a rolling boil, reduce the heat to low and allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the cream collect on the surface of the milk. Gently scoop out the cream and store it in a container.
- Reheat the milk and simmer again for another 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and collect the cream once more. Add it to the previous batch of cream. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
- To serve, pour the milk from a little height into a tall steel glass. Spoon the collected cream over the milk.
- Garnish with saffron strands, dried rose petals, and slivers of dry fruits for a festive touch.
- Serve hot, preferably during winter evenings, along with a side of crispy Jalebis for a delightful treat.
