- 2 Ripe Mangoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Saffron strands
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)

- Begin by peeling the mangoes and cutting them into small cubes. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and 1/2 cup of water to make a thin syrup. Bring to a boil.
- Once the syrup begins to boil, add the mango cubes. Stir in the saffron strands and cinnamon powder.
- Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 5 more minutes, allowing the mango pieces to cook.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let the murabba cool.
- Once cooled, transfer the Raw Mango Murabba into a glass or steel jar for storage.
- This flavorful mango jam can be stored in the fridge for up to 6 months and enjoyed with chapati or bread.
