Ingredients:

  • 4 Whole Wheat Brown Bread slices
  • 1 Mooli (Radish)
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum), julienned
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Salted Butter
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Start by grating the radish and set it aside. Squeeze out any excess water from the grated radish by tightly pressing it in your fist and discarding the liquid.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated radish, black pepper powder, chaat masala, finely chopped green chili, and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to make the filling.
  3. To assemble the sandwich, take one slice of bread and spread a thin layer of butter.
  4. Spread the radish mixture over the buttered bread. Top with 3-4 julienned slices of capsicum and sprinkle grated cheese over the filling.
  5. Place the second slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
  6. Repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches.
  7. Grill the sandwiches in a grill pan for 5 minutes, or until the bread turns brown and crispy.
  8. Once done, cut the sandwiches into bite-sized pieces and serve hot with Tomato Garlic Chutney, Dhaniya Pudina Chutney, or any chutney of your choice.
