Ingredients:
- 4 Whole Wheat Brown Bread slices
- 1 Mooli (Radish)
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum), julienned
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
- 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Salted Butter
- Salt, to taste

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Instructions:
- Start by grating the radish and set it aside. Squeeze out any excess water from the grated radish by tightly pressing it in your fist and discarding the liquid.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated radish, black pepper powder, chaat masala, finely chopped green chili, and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to make the filling.
- To assemble the sandwich, take one slice of bread and spread a thin layer of butter.
- Spread the radish mixture over the buttered bread. Top with 3-4 julienned slices of capsicum and sprinkle grated cheese over the filling.
- Place the second slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
- Repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches.
- Grill the sandwiches in a grill pan for 5 minutes, or until the bread turns brown and crispy.
- Once done, cut the sandwiches into bite-sized pieces and serve hot with Tomato Garlic Chutney, Dhaniya Pudina Chutney, or any chutney of your choice.
