Ingredients:
- 3 cups steamed jackfruit seeds (peeled)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for cooking

Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Instructions:
- Start by steaming the jackfruit seeds until soft. Once done, peel the seeds and set them aside in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to pop for 10-15 seconds.
- Add the sliced onion and sauté until it turns soft and translucent.
- Add the steamed jackfruit seeds to the pan and stir well.
- Sprinkle in the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin seeds. Add a little water and mix everything thoroughly.
- Cover the pan and cook on medium heat until the jackfruit seeds and spices are well cooked.
- Once cooked, add grated coconut, stir to combine, and cook for a couple of more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice and dal for a hearty lunch!
