Ingredients:
- 100 grams Del Monte Whole Corn Kernels
- 2 cups Drumstick Leaves (Moringa/Murungai Keerai)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai/Kadugu)
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1 teaspoon Jaggery (powdered)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:

Prep: Rinse the corn kernels and clean the drumstick leaves thoroughly.

Sauté: Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat. Once hot, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Reduce the heat to low once the mustard seeds start to splutter.

Add Corn: Stir in the corn kernels and sauté for about 2 minutes.

Spices: Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to coat the corn with the spices.

Add Leaves: Add the drumstick leaves and sauté until they shrink and combine well with the corn mixture.

Sweeten & Simmer: Adjust the salt and add powdered jaggery. Add water and simmer on low heat until the drumstick leaves are soft and the corn is tender.
