Spicy Tangy Pineapple Chutney Recipe

Tangy & Spicy Chunky Pineapple Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Cardamom (Elaichi)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Salt, to taste

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the cardamom, cinnamon stick, and curry leaves. Let them cook for 10 seconds.
  2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, paprika powder, sugar, water, and salt. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped pineapple pieces and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and serve the chutney.

Serve the Tangy & Spicy Chunky Pineapple Chutney with Sri Lankan Fried Egg Curry and rice for a complete meal.
