Tangy & Spicy Chunky Pineapple Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Pineapple, chopped
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Cardamom (Elaichi)
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- Salt, to taste
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the cardamom, cinnamon stick, and curry leaves. Let them cook for 10 seconds.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, paprika powder, sugar, water, and salt. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped pineapple pieces and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and serve the chutney.
Serve the Tangy & Spicy Chunky Pineapple Chutney with Sri Lankan Fried Egg Curry and rice for a complete meal.
