Radish Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- 8 radishes, washed and peeled
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Radish slices, for garnish
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Instructions:
- Start by washing and peeling the radishes. Cut them into thin, round slices.
- In a saucepan, combine the sliced radishes, garam masala powder, and water. Cook the mixture until the radishes become tender.
- Once the radishes are soft, remove the saucepan from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
- Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- After blending, sieve the soup to remove any excess pulp. Adjust the consistency by adding water as needed.
- Stir in the black pepper powder and bring the soup back to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Pour the soup into a serving bowl and garnish with radish slices and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve your Radish Soup with a delicious dinner of Amritsari Daal, Aloo Bhindi Sabzi, and Phulka for a wholesome meal!
