Ingredients:
- 200 grams Del Monte Chifferi Rigati Pasta
- 1 Green zucchini, chopped into small pieces
- 1 Carrot (Gajjar), chopped into small pieces
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), chopped into small pieces
- 2 tbsp Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Cheese, grated
For the sauce:
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup Homemade tomato puree
- 8 Basil leaves
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Fresh cream
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- Salt, to taste

Boil the Pasta: Start by boiling the Del Monte Rigati Pasta in a large saucepan filled with water. Add a pinch of salt and cook the pasta until itโs al dente, meaning it should still have a bite to it. Once cooked, strain the pasta and rinse it under cold water. Drain well and drizzle olive oil over it to prevent sticking.
