Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Guava
- 2 cups Curd (Dahi/Yogurt)
- A pinch of Salt
- For Tempering:
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai/Kadugu)
- 1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1 Dry Red Chilli
- A pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 teaspoon Oil

Instructions:
- Start by chopping the ripe guava into small pieces and add them to a bowl filled with curd. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Heat oil in a tempering pan and add mustard seeds and urad dal. Let them sizzle.
- Add the curry leaves and dry red chillies to the pan, letting them crackle.
- Sprinkle a pinch of asafoetida (hing) into the tempering, then pour the hot tempering over the prepared raita.
- Mix well and serve the Guava Raita with a hot, stuffed paratha or alongside a flavorful rice dish.
