- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/4 cup Gram flour (Besan)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Broccoli, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/Muttaikose), finely chopped
- 1/2 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum), finely chopped
- 1/2 Green Bell pepper (Capsicum), finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil

Prepare Ingredients: Begin by prepping all the ingredients. Ensure the cabbage is finely chopped for quicker cooking.

Sauté Vegetables: In a kadai or frying pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Once hot, add the cumin seeds and asafoetida. Let them crackle for a few seconds.

Cook Vegetables: Add the finely chopped broccoli, bell peppers, and cabbage to the pan. Sauté the vegetables for about 7 minutes or until they are cooked through. The fine chopping ensures quicker cooking.
