Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, finely chopped
- 1/2 apple, finely chopped (without peel)
- 1 pinch cardamom powder (elaichi)
- 1/2 pinch cinnamon powder (dalchini)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Honey, to taste
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Instructions:
- Start by cleaning and washing the apple. Peel off the skin and chop it finely.
- In a saucepan, add the chopped apple along with a little water. Bring it to a boil and cook the apple until it softens. Once cooked, remove it from the heat and transfer the apple pieces into a bowl.
- Add the ripe banana to the bowl with the cooked apple. Mash both fruits thoroughly using the back of a spoon until they turn into a smooth, mushy consistency.
- Mix the mashed banana and apple well together. If necessary, mash further until the texture is completely smooth and well combined.
- Serve this Banana Apple Mash to your baby or toddler from 6 months onward, offering a healthy and delicious treat!
Tip: You can adjust the sweetness by adding honey to taste, and feel free to add more or less milk depending on the desired consistency.
