Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oats Flour (gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal (Badam Powder)
  • 1/2 cup Dates, deseeded
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Refrigeration Time: 120 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a blender or food processor, combine oats flour, almond meal, dates, peanut butter, coconut oil, and salt. Blend until you achieve a crumbly texture that holds together when pressed.

  2. Press into Tray: Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Transfer the crumbly mixture into the tray and press it down firmly and evenly.

  3. Refrigerate: Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to allow the mixture to set.

  4. Melt Chocolate: In a saucepan, heat water halfway. Once boiling, place a glass mixing bowl over it and add dark chocolate chips. Stir in the coconut oil and continue stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. Turn off the heat once the chocolate is smooth.

  5. Assemble the Bars: Remove the oats and peanut butter mixture from the fridge. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the mixture, ensuring that it is completely covered.

  6. Chill Again: Return the tray to the fridge for another 30 minutes, allowing the chocolate to set.
