Description
Keema is a traditional South Asian dish made from minced meat, often associated with mutton. Vegetarian variations use ingredients like peas or cauliflower. In this recipe, we swap meat for broccoli, creating a healthy and flavorful filling for Uttapam, a savory pancake typically enjoyed for breakfast or dinner in South India. This version combines broccoli keema with melted mozzarella cheese for an indulgent yet nutritious twist.
