Papitha Nu Shaak (Raw Green Papaya Sabzi)

Description:
Papitha Nu Shaak is a delightful Gujarati dish typically served alongside Fafda (a crispy gram flour snack) and Jalebi (sweet, fried dessert). While it is often enjoyed with these traditional treats, it also makes a perfect side dish for a main course or paired with tawa paratha for a fulfilling lunch.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced papaya with gram flour, turmeric powder, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well to coat the papaya evenly with the spices.
