Ingredients:

For the Biscuit Base:

  • 200g Oreo biscuits (or digestive biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake:

  • 3/4 cup Britannia Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1/2 cup Nutella spread
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tablespoon gelatin (or agar agar for a vegetarian option)
  • 2 tablespoons water (adjust as needed)

For Garnish:

  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • 4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (optional)

Preparation Time: 25 minutes

Cooking Time: 4 hours (chilling time)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Biscuit Base:

  • In a food processor, pulse the Oreo biscuits into fine crumbs.
  • Add the melted butter to the biscuit crumbs and mix until well combined.
  • Press the biscuit mixture into a greased springform pan or small serving glasses to form a firm base. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the cheesecake filling.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  • In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin (or agar agar) in 2-3 tablespoons of water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  • After 5 minutes, microwave the gelatin for 20-30 seconds until fully dissolved. Allow it to cool slightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, chilled heavy whipping cream, and caster sugar until smooth and well combined.
  • Add Nutella and vanilla extract to the mixture and continue to mix until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in the cooled gelatin mixture and combine everything thoroughly.

3. Assemble the Cheesecake:

  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared biscuit base, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until it is fully set.

4. Garnish and Serve:

  • Once set, decorate the top with chopped toasted hazelnuts, Ferrero Rocher chocolates, or chocolate shavings for a touch of elegance.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

This No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake is a showstopper that will leave your guests in awe. With its creamy texture and heavenly chocolate-hazelnut flavor, it’s the perfect ending to any meal.
