Eggless Dark Chocolate Cookies with Almonds
These Eggless Dark Chocolate Cookies with Almonds are the perfect treat to serve at your tea parties. With a rich combination of dark chocolate and crunchy almonds, these cookies are irresistible. Make them in large batches and watch them vanish in no time!

Ingredients:
- 50g Salted Butter
- 200g Dark Chocolate
- 400g Condensed Milk
- 4 tbsp Almond Meal (Badam Powder)
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 200g All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 50g White Chocolate (roughly chopped or white chocolate chips)

Instructions:
- Start by melting the dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Add the butter to the chocolate and stir occasionally until fully melted.
- Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the condensed milk, followed by the almond meal and cocoa powder. Stir well to combine.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift the all-purpose flour. Then, add the chocolate mixture to the flour and combine them to form a dough.
- Chill the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- After the dough is chilled, fold in the roughly chopped white chocolate. Mix well to distribute evenly.
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Divide the dough into 15-20 equal portions and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a greased baking tray, leaving space between them.
- Gently flatten each dough ball with your fingers. Bake for 12 minutes or until the cookies are chewy in the middle and firm at the edges.
- Once done, remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool for 5 minutes.
- For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle some melted chocolate over the cookies.
