Ingredients:

  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1-inch piece Ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Desiccated Coconut
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup Fresh Coriander (Dhania) Leaves

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients by washing and chopping as needed.
  2. Add the green chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, lemon juice, desiccated coconut, salt, and coriander leaves into a mixer jar.
  3. Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste, adding water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
