- 5 eggs

- 4 slices bread

- ½ inch cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 3 whole black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon sambar powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions:
- Begin by finely chopping the onion and breaking the eggs into a bowl. Whisk the eggs well.
- Heat oil in a pan, and add the cinnamon stick, cloves, and cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for about 15 seconds.
- Add the chopped onions to the pan and sauté until soft and translucent.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute, allowing it to release its aroma.
- Pour in the beaten eggs and cook them like scrambled eggs until they are fully cooked and lightly browned.
- Add black pepper, sambar powder, and salt. Mix everything well, and continue cooking for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Tear the bread slices into small pieces and add them to the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until they become slightly crispy.
- Add the cooked rice, mixing well to incorporate all the ingredients evenly.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
