Red Rice Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup red rice
- 1/2 cup white urad dal (split black gram)
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- Salt, to taste

Instructions:
- Begin by thoroughly washing the red rice. Soak it in water for about 6 hours. After soaking, drain the water.
- In a separate bowl, soak the urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 6 hours.
- After soaking, place the urad dal and fenugreek mixture in a mixer grinder with a little water and grind to a smooth batter.
- In the same manner, grind the soaked red rice with a bit of water until smooth.
- Combine the ground red rice mixture with the urad dal batter. Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Allow the batter to ferment for 12 hours, ensuring it becomes airy and slightly bubbly.
- Once the batter is fermented, heat a non-stick pan or griddle. Pour the batter onto the pan and spread it into a circular shape.
- Drizzle oil around the edges and cook the dosa on both sides until it turns golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the dosa from the pan and serve immediately.
