These crispy, honey-coated wheat curls are a delightful snack made from a soft dough of wheat flour, semolina, and coconut milk, shaped into curls, fried to golden perfection, and then sweetened with honey.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 cup Sooji (Semolina/Rava)
- 2 tablespoons Caster Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Oil (for dough)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- Oil (for deep frying)
- Honey (for glazing)
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, semolina, caster sugar, oil, salt, egg, and coconut milk to form a soft dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After resting, take small portions of dough and flatten them with a fork on the back of the utensil. Starting from one end, gently roll the dough to form a curl, ensuring the shape remains intact.
- After rolling, shape the dough further by gently rolling it with both palms to maintain the curl.
- Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. Once hot, fry the dough curls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Once fried, remove the curls and let them cool down.
- Drizzle honey over the cooled curls and toss them to coat evenly.
- Serve these delightful Goan Style Kulkuls as a party snack or as an after-school treat.
