Ingredients:
- 2 Kiwis, peeled
- 2 tablespoons Sugar syrup
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 5 cups Water
- Black Salt (Kala Namak), to taste
- Few Basil leaves
- Ice cubes, as required

Instructions:
- Start by peeling the kiwis and setting them aside.
- In a blender, combine the peeled kiwis with a handful of basil leaves. Puree until smooth.
- In a large jug, mix together lemon juice, sugar syrup, black salt, and water. Stir well to combine.
- Add the kiwi and basil puree to the jug and mix thoroughly so the puree blends well with the flavored water.
- Add ice cubes to chill the drink.
- Serve immediately, or store in the fridge to serve chilled later.
