Ingredients:

  • 2 Kiwis, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 5 cups Water
  • Black Salt (Kala Namak), to taste
  • Few Basil leaves
  • Ice cubes, as required

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Start by peeling the kiwis and setting them aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the peeled kiwis with a handful of basil leaves. Puree until smooth.
  3. In a large jug, mix together lemon juice, sugar syrup, black salt, and water. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add the kiwi and basil puree to the jug and mix thoroughly so the puree blends well with the flavored water.
  5. Add ice cubes to chill the drink.
  6. Serve immediately, or store in the fridge to serve chilled later.
