Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta:

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Once boiling, add the Fusilli Bucati Corti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
    • Save a cup of pasta water before draining.

    • Drain the canned tuna, then gently flake it into the pesto mixture.
    • Stir everything together to incorporate the tuna into the pesto.
  5. Mix with Pasta:

    • Add the drained Fusilli Bucati Corti to the skillet with the pesto and tuna.
    • Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the pesto sauce. If necessary, add a bit more pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency.
  6. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, if needed.
