Mint and Basil Zucchini Salad

Instructions:

- Trim off both ends of each zucchini.

Slice the Zucchini: - Cut each zucchini in half lengthwise.
- Then, slice each half into thin strips for a more delicate texture, ensuring even pieces for uniform cooking.
