Instructions

To prepare these irresistible beer-infused roasted potatoes, begin by rinsing the potatoes thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt and debris. Dry them well using a clean kitchen towel. Without peeling, cut the potatoes into quarters, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking.

Take a square of aluminum foil and place a piece of parchment paper on top, forming a protective base for the potatoes. Place the potato quarters onto the parchment, seasoning them generously with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Scatter a few sprigs of fresh rosemary over the potatoes to infuse them with aromatic flavor.

Next, cut the butter into small chunks, and evenly distribute about 10g of it on top of the potatoes. Then, pour approximately 20g of red beer over the potatoes, ensuring the beer infuses the dish with a rich, malty undertone.
