Orange zest ½ orange

Instructions:

1 Begin by placing the brown sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
2 Add the freshly grated zest from the lemon and the orange to the sugar.
3 Turn the stand mixer on to a low speed and mix for one minute to combine the zest and sugar evenly.
4 Gradually add the sunflower seed oil, continuing to mix.
5 Sift the all-purpose flour and baking soda together and add to the mixer bowl, mixing until the dough begins to form.
6 Transfer the dough onto a clean, floured surface and knead gently to form a smooth ball.
7 Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using. This will help the dough firm up and be easier to work with.
