Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños and bacon: Slice 3 large jalapeños into rings. Cut the turkey bacon into thick slices.
  3. Roast the ingredients: Place the sliced jalapeños and bacon on a baking tray and roast them for 30 minutes.
  4. Flip and continue baking: After 30 minutes, flip the jalapeños and bacon over and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
