Instructions:
To make Quesadillas with Mushrooms, begin by preparing the mushrooms. If they are already fairly clean, gently brush off any dirt using a soft brush or a cotton cloth. However, if they are still dirty, quickly rinse them under a cold stream of water. After cleaning, slice the mushrooms lengthwise into thin strips and set them aside.
Next, rinse the tomatoes thoroughly under cold running water. Slice them into 1 cm thick rounds, and then cut the rounds into small cubes. Finely chop the fresh coriander using a sharp knife, and slice the white onion into thin rounds, approximately 4 mm thick.
