  1. Begin by detaching the individual grape berries from their bunches and placing them in the bowl of a blender.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the grapes, then blend the mixture until it transforms into a smooth puree.
  3. Once blended, strain the grape puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds, ensuring the sorbet will have a silky texture.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. This will chill the mixture thoroughly without freezing it solid. Alternatively, you can refrigerate it for one hour if you prefer.
  5. After the chilling time is up, whip the egg white to stiff peaks, making sure it’s well-aerated and firm.
  6. Gently fold the beaten egg white into the chilled grape mixture, being careful not to deflate the airy texture.
  7. Serve the strawberry grape sorbet immediately, ensuring it’s nice and cold for the best experience.
