Avocado and Chocolate Popsicles

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Avocado 300g
Coconut Milk 125g
Water 200g
Honey 66g
Lemon Juice 25g
Dark Chocolate (to taste) As needed
Crushed Hazelnuts As needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Avocado: Start by cutting the avocado in half, removing the pit, and scooping out the creamy flesh with a spoon. Place the flesh into a tall mixing glass or bowl.

  2. Blend the Ingredients: Add the coconut milk, honey, lemon juice, and water into the bowl with the avocado. Using an immersion blender, blend everything until smooth and well-combined.

  3. Fill the Popsicle Molds: Pour the smooth mixture into popsicle molds, making sure each mold is filled evenly.

  4. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

  5. Unmold the Popsicles: Once the popsicles are fully frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release them more easily.

  6. Decorate with Chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate (you can use a double boiler or microwave). Dip the tips of each popsicle into the melted chocolate for a delicious finishing touch. If desired, sprinkle crushed hazelnuts on the chocolate for added crunch and flavor.

  7. Serve and Enjoy: Allow the chocolate to set before serving. Enjoy these refreshing avocado and chocolate popsicles as a cool, creamy treat on a warm day!
