Coffee Milkshake with Almond Milk

Ingredients:

Almond milk 250g
Instant coffee 2 tsp
Vanilla ice cream 300g
Raspberries 100g
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Fresh liquid cream As needed
Dark chocolate As needed
White chocolate As needed
Sliced almonds As needed
Raspberries (for decoration) 3

Instructions:

To prepare this delicious Coffee Milkshake with Almond Milk, start by heating approximately 30g of almond milk in a small saucepan. Add the instant coffee and stir until dissolved. Let the mixture cool completely.

While waiting for the coffee mixture to cool, prepare the raspberry coulis. Place the raspberries in a small pot, adding the brown sugar. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, then strain it to remove the seeds.

Next, melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Dip the rim of your serving glass into the melted chocolate, then place it aside until the chocolate fully solidifies.

Once everything is ready, move on to the milkshake. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream and the cooled almond coffee mixture. Secure the lid and blend until smooth and creamy.

Once you achieve a thick, creamy texture, pour the milkshake into the prepared glass. Whip some fresh cream and top the milkshake with it. Drizzle the raspberry coulis over the whipped cream for a burst of flavor and vibrant color.
