Instructions:

To prepare the baked sticks with ham and Emmental, begin by slicing 12 thin pieces of Emmental cheese. Next, take a tomato-flavored bread stick and wrap one slice of Emmental around it, making sure to leave both ends of the bread stick exposed.

Repeat this same process with the cooked ham, wrapping a slice around the bread stick, ensuring the ends remain free.

Place the assembled bread sticks in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated static oven at 190°C (or 160°C in a fan oven) for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the bread sticks are golden.
