Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    Begin by dissolving the fresh yeast in warm milk. In the bowl of a stand mixer equipped with a dough hook, combine the all-purpose flour, the milk-yeast mixture, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
