Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped apricots 🍑
  • 2 cups apricots, sliced for garnish 🥄
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves 🍯
  • 1 pre-made pie shell 🥧

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Puree the 1 1/2 cups chopped apricots and fold them in with the Cool Whip, reserving a nice dollop for garnish, and add the apricot preserves to the mixture. 🍨
2 Scoop the mixture into the prepared pie shell and chill in the refrigerator until set. ❄️
