Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the oven bag: Shake the flour inside the Reynolds Oven Bag and place it within a 13″x9″x2″ baking pan.
  3. Add the sauce: Pour your chosen pasta sauce into the bag.
  4. Blend the flour and sauce: Squeeze the bag gently to ensure the flour blends well with the sauce.
  5. Add the chicken: Introduce the chicken and sliced green pepper to the bag, then turn the bag to thoroughly coat the chicken with the sauce.
  6. Arrange in the pan: Place the bag in the pan, ensuring the chicken is arranged in an even layer for even cooking.
  7. Seal the bag: Close the bag using a nylon tie and cut six 1/2-inch slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake: Cook the chicken for 35-40 minutes, or until tender and fully cooked.
