Instructions

To prepare the delicious Soy Spaghetti Oriental Style, start by peeling the carrot. Trim off both ends, then slice it into thin strips. Next, wash the red bell pepper, slice it in half, remove the stem and seeds, and cut it into thin strips as well. Cut the sweet chili pepper into thin rounds, ensuring you discard the stem and seeds (use about 4-5 peppers).

Now, take the chicken breast and remove the central bone using a sharp knife. Cut the chicken in half and brush it with a little olive oil. Grill the chicken on both sides on a grill pan, seasoning it with coarse salt for flavor. Make sure the chicken is not in direct contact with the bottom of the pan to allow it to cook evenly. Once grilled, cut the chicken into thin strips.
