Beef Yakiniku
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of thinly sliced beef
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 4-5 mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Marinade:
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2-3 tablespoons Bulgogi BBQ marinade (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions:

Marinate the Beef:
- Combine the lime juice, optional Bulgogi BBQ marinade, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and sliced onion in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Stir to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.

Cook the Beef:
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the coarsely chopped garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef along with the marinade to the pan. Cook until the beef is nearly done.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes.
- Pour in 1-2 cups of water to the pan and let it simmer until the beef and mushrooms are fully cooked and the liquid has reduced slightly.

Add Vegetables:
- Add the green and red bell peppers and the sliced onion to the pan.
- Continue cooking until the vegetables are tender and have changed color.

Serve:
- Once everything is cooked through and the flavors are well combined, remove from heat.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy your Beef Yakiniku!
